Ⅰ RESEARCH AND PLANNING FOR SETTING UP ONSEN BUSINESS
1. Investigation of marketability for the location in plan.
2. Drawing up the outline of the business including total simulation.
3. Setting up the business plan based on reliable and reasonable investment budget under individual conditions.
4. Support for starting businesses ,such as joining preparatory work and producing basic schedule including.

Ⅱ PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF ONSEN (HOT SPRING) FACILITIES
1 .Designing and planning basic plan of SPA-HOUSES and SPA-RESORT(KURORT or BAD in German).
2. Designing and drawing the ONSEN controll system supporting for grand bath or open-air bath such as,
・ temperature controll
・ water level controll
・ filtration and sanitizing
3. Controll system should be different in accordance with individual quality of ONSEN. Because the quality of ONSENS are all different depending on their ingredients, PH(acidity or alkaline), tempratures, etc..Some ingredients, very healthy for human beings, but often corrode the mechanical parts and systems, and so we install anti-corroision systems which require a minimum of maintenance.
Ⅲ SPA-WELL BORING 、MAINTENANCE AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF ONSEN
1. Geological investigation would be adopted before actual digging spa-well.
2. Maintenance of SPA-WELL, such as replacement of plumbing, pump, casing, etc.
3. Distribution system and the distribution company of ONSEN would be established.

Ⅳ TRANSPORTATION OF ONSEN BY TANK-TRUCK
Tank-truck can transport ONSEN to the area where ONSEN pipeline is not laid, so that ONSEN-business can be carried out even if not in ONSEN area.

Ⅵ ONSEN`S HEAT－UTLIZING SYSTEM
1. Onsen`s tempratures have long been controlled manually, but now automatic control systems
can maintain an Onsen`s temperature with an accuracy of ±0.2℃ constantly. The control
system can save energy.
2. Onsen`s tempratures can keep the temprature of grandbath ,outside-bath and also can make a
hot-water to use shower.
Ⅶ GEO-THERMAL GENERATE ELECTRICITY
1. Binary Generate System by energy of exchanging geothermal heat is adaptted. ---( BINARY CYCLE)
2. Depending on the investigation of geothermal condition, accutual digging and getting heat
from the earth would be carried out.
3. We would research and recommend the government GRANT for new energy would be subsidized.
